CreMap Inc. – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing CreMap.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and maintain password confidentiality. You may delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or unlawful use.

 

3. Acceptable Use

You must not post false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; or spam users. All listings must comply with applicable real-estate and human-rights laws.

 

4. User-Generated Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload (listings, photos, text, documents). By posting, you grant CreMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, publish, and display that content to operate and promote our services. This license ends when you remove your content, subject to reasonable archival retention. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and agree to indemnify CreMap for any claims arising from your content.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All site design, logos, and software are owned by CreMap Inc. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

 

6. Fees and Payments

Premium listing fees are billed through Stripe in CAD. Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

7. Platform Role

CreMap is not a broker or agent and does not participate in transactions between users. We do not guarantee listing accuracy or availability. Users must perform their own due diligence.

 

8. Privacy

Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Advertisers must handle personal data of respondents in compliance with PIPEDA and anti-spam laws.

 

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or specific outcomes (e.g., sales or leases).

 

10. Limitation of Liability

CreMap and its officers and employees shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or fees paid in the previous six months.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify CreMap against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

 

12. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, under a single neutral arbitrator. Class actions are waived. Small-claims court remains available for eligible matters.

 

13. Termination and Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of material changes.
